Hi! My name is Monica Welter.

Inquire Within Yourself was established in 2023 to guide women back to their true self with the support of community.

It all started at a soccer mom luncheon. A gathering of women I was familiar with but did not know very well. As our tween daughters sat outside, the conversation among the moms morphed into a shared support group about the stressors, uncertainties, and joys of daily life.

 That’s when I realized it was time to listen to a deeper purpose that had been calling me for almost thirty years. I took a leap of faith and invited the moms to a focus group to test my idea. The response was greater than I could have hoped, and I started holding a monthly Women's Circle. A gathering of like-minded women in a safe environment to share our lives, support one another, and rediscover ourselves. 

A place to heal.

As women, we take on and are given countless roles and we tend to the needs of others, deferring our own needs. One of those innate needs is community. Long gone are the days of sewing circles, afternoon tea, and in-person Tupperware parties. But this is where our great-grandmothers, grandmothers and perhaps mothers gathered for support, encouragement, advice, a sense of purpose, and a sense of self. 

My mission is to bring those communities back. A gathering place to feel a sense of belonging, realize you are not alone in your feelings or thoughts, and a place to take time for yourself to hear the whispers of your soul. 

My goal is to help women step back into their power of self-discovery, women’s intuition, sisterhood, and friendship. 

We need to care for ourselves so we can be our best selves.

As a nurse for almost 30 years, I've worked with mostly women and have witnessed many putting their own needs last to the point of exhaustion and illness. 

I'm passionate about women rediscovering their own worth, taking time to care for themselves, finding their passion, and sharing their unique gifts.

Through guiding Women's Circles, I've witnessed incredible healing journeys of women and seen a positive ripple effect in many lives, including my own.
