My Story
I am a truth seeker.
From a young age, I have searched for my purpose in life, knowing there was a very specific one for me to fulfill. I knew my assignment was to help people in some way, so I became a Registered Nurse almost 30 years ago. While still in nursing school, I felt disconnected to Western medicine and began exploring and studying holistic nursing and alternative modalities.
As I began my nursing career, I felt a constant pull towards integrative techniques and through the years I studied and practiced many forms of energy healing and soul work, with some incredible spiritual teachers and mentors.
I worked in unconventional nursing positions and infused whatever I was doing with holistic nursing. Whether I was providing care to a patient in their home, supervising nurses in a management role, or educating hundreds of care managers, I would ultimately find myself sparking soulful conversations and talking about uncovering and honoring one’s true self.
These conversations organically turned into quasi mentoring sessions where I would encourage others to honor their uniqueness and let their light shine.
Eventually, the mentoring sessions turned into hosting workshops and facilitating Women's circles.
My experience of exploration and self-discovery through alternative modalities coupled with dozens of supportive groups of women molded and polished my life’s purpose: To guide and encourage women to find, speak and live their truth.

I have had the pleasure of creating and facilitating many gatherings, including Care Management strategies for nurses at a large insurance company, Aromatherapy for adult learners at my local BOCES, and supportive and healing Women's Circles within my community.
